Beside polyurethane block foams (and cryopir) Nestaan Holland develops and produces two component polyurethane systems. These systems, existing of a polyol A and Isocyanaat B component, find their way across the world and are applied in all conceivable market sectors.
Nestaan Holland is of the last, still independent system houses in Europe. This makes it possible to operate in a flexible way in the market and therefore put wishes of the customer first.

In our own R&D laboratory, systems are developed for a lot of applications. For decades Nestaan Holland has gained knowledge and experience. This has resulted in a product portfolio from standard systems, which are generally on stock for the most common applications, to very specific two components systems that have been developed to meet the demands of our customers.

PU-systems are on the market in an astonishing variety of  forms, in which the systems differ from one another in processing method, blowing agent, reaction profile, density of foam, open or closed cells (or non-cellular) and hard or flexible versions. Further distinctions are amongst others in flame retardance, mixing ratio, insulation value or skin forming.

Because of the difference in production methods and the huge variety in end products we have a large scale of two component systems in the production pallet.
